Question - Are duos more risky to the client?

Hello,
I have two questions about duos (MFF):

1. Do several condom changes during one session introduce an increased infection risk for a male? E.g. is removing a condom, and putting a new one when changing partners can allow for a virus/bacteria to "crawl" under the rubber? I realize that two girls in general is more risky than one, I'm specifically worried about that condom change act.

2. In my experience, there are always "fluids" on and around the base of the shaft (not covered by a condom), and in my opinion just changing condoms will not prevent fluids exchange between two girls in the duo, and therefore does not offer any protection... Am I correct?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi dr_umm

I wouldn't say that two girls are riskier than one. It really depends on what type of sex is happening during the session. One of the things that can happen with group sex is that it can sometimes be hard to remember what has taken place in the moment e.g. Forgetting that you used the same finger for digit sex on both woman.

I see what you mean with the fluids at the base of the condom. It may be hard not to get the fluid on your fingers and then on the new condom that you then put on your penis. You could see how there is a potential of getting fluid on your penis or on the condom that would be used on the other lady.

I would just suggest that you think of having sex in a way that would reduce the risk of this happening.

You could just have vaginal sex with the one woman during the session while the other lady participates without vaginal sex. If you were thinking of MSOG you could always have vaginal with one lady, accompanied shower and then vaginal sex with the other lady. There are lots of different possibilities depending on what you were thinking about.

Baby wipes work great for removing condoms/ fluids. You could wash your hands after this or use some alcohol based hand gel.

I imagine many of the ladies on PERB have been in this situation before and have worked out different strategies. Do any of the ladies have any other suggestion?

What a great thread!
In the past, I have had the gentlemen wear a hair elastic on one of his wrists and reserved that hand for me only (unless he washes hands in between, which can be difficult given the circumstances). Also, keeping a wash cloth or baby wipes handy for wiping down in between partner switches ;)
