Rarely does he pass unless he has no other option - he takes shots when other players are wide open and insists on driving through defender rather than finding an open teammate.

On a serious note. Kesler is a shooter. Unlike Henrik Sedin, he's no play-making center. For that second line to work, they need a play-maker. Maybe a Paul Kariya in his prime on the left side might help Kesler and Booth, who like Kelser is also a shooter. Anyway, that's my take.
