You are coorect in that healthy competiton is always good for the consumer. Unfortunately due to all the hurdles our civic government has put in place it is unlikely we will see the establishment of any other MP's in the near future so I thin we are stuck with wwhat we have. 
The other thing that I feel has contributed to the decline is the introduction of technology into the biz. As I've said before, now any SW with a room, internet access and a cellphone camera thinks they are a high class Indy and can charge $200+/hr, when they used to be luckey to get $25 for a BJ in the back alley.

The only way things are going to change is to dry up the demand. But based on continual comments about various "train wrecks" it's obviously much easier said than done. I have made the conscious choice to withhold my wallet. For me it's a nice to have versus a need to have hobby. I must say my wallet is considerably fuller and I'm a lot less frustrated

In the past 12-18 months I've cut back probably 75% on my visits to the ladies. These days it's maybe once every 6-8 weeks, and even then I'm very choosy. I too believe we're at the bottom of a cycle.
I also think it's an attitude problem combined with massage parlors refusing to have any form of quality control out of sheer desperation. The more we walk away, the more the remaining places in town will have to give us what we want or risk going the way of 222 and Jesse's. I won't miss most of the MP's in town so long as the best travelling girls come here more often.

Don't know if it is a cycle or even if the use of the word 'cycle' should apply but who knows. I also don't know if we have reached the bottom and the only way to go is up.
