My 63 year old co worker tried this with 2 women from Europe, one was from Russia and Ukraine. Both from dating sites that he paid to use. Both were going to marry him but both failed due to money demands by the women. They wanted cash to take care of the family back home. He used up all his fiancee visas. In the USA you get 2 and than thats it , youre done no more. This is to stop human trafficing. One was a hottie and the other was not so. Clearly they just wanted out of their country and were GOLDIDDDGERS. I dont blame them, would you marry a man 20 years older if money wasnt involved in your favor.

Looking to get married because you have a health problem is the worst reason ever. Your far better off investing in a professional nurse or therapist than you are trying to marrying someone in hopes that they will take care of you. This might have worked back in the 1800's but in this day and time marriage does not gaurantee your not going to die alone.

I don't want to sound like a superficial asshole and while I agree there are a few available women that age, unfortunately their looks have faded with age. While men also get wrinkly and old, we are still visual first and the desire to be with older women is not as great when they were younger.
Of course there are great looking older women but rich celebs do not count because of all the surgeries, personal trainers, and makeup they use. Try finding a lot of attractive 35+older women who are still single. It's very hard.
very true. combine that with the physical fact that women show their age alot faster then men. there are lots of guys that have taken decent care of themselves in their late 30's, early 40's that look alot younger. i myself am 36 and am told i could pass for late 20's. there are very few women out there in the higher age range that could be mistaken as being alot younger then they are. it's just a physical fact that they show their age faster.
Perhaps, but older women are a lot more experienced, better in bed, know what they want (sexually) and aren't afraid to ask for it. And many are still amazingly attractive.
BTW, we are not limited to 'still single', but also recently divorced/separated/etc. The dating pool does get smaller as we get older, but, with dovorce rates as they are, there are always new entrants.
OTOH, while marrying a foreigner vs a Westerner may have its advantages, think twice about marrying a Thai, or, for that matter, anyone:

Unattached women in that age group (like men) will come in two camps: those that are issue-ridden and unlikely to ever have a healthy relationship, and those who are well-adjusted and simply left an unsuccessful marriage/relationship.
Probably the best advice here.
Older women, i suggest, whether P4P or not, have advantages in attitude, maintenance/cost,
experience and service, which makes them better in all these departments. If that is what one
is most interested in, rather than mere superficial looks, then it is a win win situation. OTOH,
it is possible to find underpriced young hotties who have a low self-esteem and or a slight flaw
{e.g. mark on the face, baby lines, etc} who perform well.
