Health Tips for Better Pooning
Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor or health professional or anything like that - just a regular guy who likes to keep fit. This is all just based on my personal experience. Occasional reading of fitness rags helps too (I used to subscribe to Men's Health until they MAXIMized). And as you can see below, I have my vices!
Do your Kegels. It makes you last longer and gives you a bigger, harder erection.
2 ways for guys to do Kegels is:
(1) next time you have a woody, hang a facecloth on it and keep lifting it. Do that for a minute or so.
(2) each time you go for a pee, hold it in midstream for about 30 seconds and then let it loose again. Repeat again at another midstream point.
I also recommend regular exercise - you will look and feel better, sleep better, boost your confidence, your energy level and your libido. The less abdominal fat you got down there, the bigger your LG will look.
Lifting weights gets the testosterone flowing, and you need a good build-up of testosterone to really get the libido going.
Doing abdominal exercises also helps the LG the same as Kegels.
A good 1/2 hr cardio routine on a treadmill not only gets the blood flowing to the LG but helps prepare you for sessions with the more energetic SPs out there.
I hit the gym about 2 or 3 times a week, each visit between 60 - 90 minutes. I walk or bike whenever possible.
Sleep - 6-8 hrs sleep at night, obviously. A 10-minute nap before heading over to a session can be energizing.
Food - I try to avoid eating for 2 hours before a session. I find that my energy is sapped for an hour or two while my guts are busy digesting away. Sometimes it depends on what you eat too - some foods sit in your stomach all day while others alter your body scent or send you to uncomfortable trips to the toilet.
Black coffee or energy drink an hour before a session helps keep the LG alert and aroused. Even knocking back an espresso 30 minutes beforehand does the job.
Alcohol - I keep it down to 1 drink before, or avoid if alcohol is going to be consumed during the session.
Smoking - I avoid smoking for at least an hour before the session. Smoking kills wood. But after? Yeah it's a cliche, but that post-coital cigarette does feel great!
Masturbation - gotta time this right. Too much masturbation may result in a dead LG during a session, while too much porn may dull your desire and expectations of real-life sex. On the other hand, too little masturbation may result in a premature rupture, either in the SPs hand or while you're sleeping at night. I find that if I keep my hands off my junk for a few days and keep up with the aforementioned Kegels and exercise, my LG is primed and ready to slay by session time.
