Is it still on or what? I went and rearrange a whole shwack of appointments so I could have that day free.... is it still on or has the whole thing been nixed? Maybe we are having a get together at chuck's place??? I'll bring food and drink.....

Unfortunately Happy Tapper is correct in his conclusions.

For many of us, a public beach party is not in the cards for now, perhaps later in the summer. We will keep you advised.
