WHY so many EI / IC scams

LL seems to be increasingly riddled with many more East Indian and Indo Canadian scams lately

- but the big question is why is it associated with so many more of these backgrounds then say Asian or other cultures ?

That's complete racist bullshit. There's plenty of scams in every ethnic background, in fact, I would bet you money that the same scammers post multiple ads over asian, white, black, EI and others to try to throw the net as wide as possible. Suckers and the desperate show up in every group, regardless of race, age, religion, whatever. It's not the race of the person posting the ad, it's who the ad is targeted at.
