I think the evolution has changed. Until a dozen or so years ago, I didnt care for the Phillipino girls or women, but now they're really hot.

looks-wise it's a bit of a toss up, but I'd give a slight edge to the filipinas. Service-wise it's the filipinas hands down. Both of them take a back seat to the latinas, IMHO.

They both have beautiful women. Thailand is a much more interesting country to visit. Most of the Phillipines is shithole for visitors, although places like Boracay beach are nice. The food in restaurants sucks (only country in Asia where that is true).

It is a subjective thing, trust me, you will find enough beautiful women in eithre place to suit your needs.
