Do WCA provide incalls or only outcalls to hotels? can someone please confirm, thanks

I have only done incalls with the Angels, so can’t speak to the outcall option.

All the girls list outcall rates so I assume that they do outcalls as well.

They will provide outcall, in the city I believe, to people who have been a legitimate client with them.
That has been my experience. I have had girls come out on an outcall, at least the ones I have asked for.
Some girls may not want to especially if you haven't used their services before, but best thing to do is call and ask

I suggest using another agency and then ask if you can use them as a reference.

No, MSOG is allowed if time permits.
