I recently was looking for a job at a MP, I have worked before and wanted just a small, quiet place to work with no DRAMA!!!!! I checked out Venus despite all the garbage I have heard about the place I heard that it had new management so I thought I would check it out I went for an interview with a heavy set mexian woman who could barley speak english the place looked like it was being renovated still but was pretty ghetto. I decided to give it a try I only worked 2 shifts at this place, I have worked in the industry for over 3 years and have worked in amazing studios and ghetto studios but nothing like this ever before. There were only 2 rooms that the girls could use but 3 girls on shift. What are we supposed to do our clients in the bathroom? The owner Maria requested that if a client comes in the studio for her that we put him in a room and in the shower and call her and she will come from where ever she is and do him. So on my shift both rooms were busy becaus Maria whos was not scheduled to work as taking up the rooms. She works between both Venus and kings court massage , how money hungry can you be ? The manager at Venus TASHA suggested the client go in the staff room for a sesion!!!!!!!!!! Tasha is marrying Maria's brother for $10.000 so he can have citizanship in canada in 2 weeks.... isnt that ilegal ?!!!!! Another thing, Maria the owner of the studio wants the girls to pay a $60.00 room fee!!!!! and she doesnt even supply the girls and clients tissue in the room or toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to bring my own roll..... In my 2 shifts there I heard everyoned business from maria, she talks so much shit about her staff. Shes like VISH in a womens skin!!!!!!! I couldnt believe how this studio was being run, also the girls stole my curling iron aswell another girls belongings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wtf i HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH CHAOS AT A BUSINESS BEFORE... It was nasty how the girls put dirty condoms in the garbage in the staff room not even rolled up in toilet paper!!!!!! it is unsanitary!!!!! It is also shocking that girls will prance around the studio and greet clients at the door with only a strigng thong on!!!!! Ass floss !!!!! I thought we had to put cloths on at work? Tasha keeped telling me that Venus is a First class studio.. i dont think at first class studios that you can dress and act the way that girls do there !!!! IF you are looking for a job at a MP there are a ton of great studios to work at that wont give you a headache and rip you off for the room fee!!!!!!!! and the girls wont STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Venus should have been one of the studios shut down this week!!!!!!!!!!!

Talking with some of the officers on the Vice Squad...the best thing one can do with all this, is call crimestoppers. No paperwork, no records, just a quiet tip and a quick visit.

I too, went for a job at venus, myself being in and out of the business for 4-5 yrs, and i would def. avoid either as an sp or client, both venus and kings court, both are run, by fools, maria had told me she had nothing against girls using or not using condoms, i couldn't believe my ears? like who suggests that to anyone!! thankfully ive been doing this awhile and knew what she was saying was out of the ordinary, not too mention was hired and then told she had to many girls after switching the liscense, called her in a decent and calm manner, and told her if she was a decent owner she should compensate myself the $ to switch, and she abruptly hung up, and told me it was not her problem. Thankfully im at a new place that is properly run.... stick to established businesses who know what they're doing. That's the problem in this city just about any person can open up one of these places, with out a stitch of knowledge, stop cracking down on the girls and clients that visit with us, and look more at the people, the city is allowing to run these parlours.

i've actually visited Venus spa, and i never had any problems, i've met 3 ladies there, Tasha., Unique and Dalisha, i've only stayed with Dalisha,
from my experience it was a nice clean studio, the from room was going under construction, the rooms themselves where nice,

i don't know what goes on behind the scenes or how much the girls give for a room fee, all i know is that i had a FS session which i paid $$2 for,
the girl used a condom for everything, i wasn't offered any extras nor did i ask for them,

the girl i stayed with was young busty and curvy, very sexy, i had a great time and wasn't rushed, i would and have repeated,

i did visit there about 2 weeks ago before this post, and i really didn't feel the need to write a review, but after reading this post i wanted to share my experience because venus isn't the horrible place its made out to be,

i've been doing this hobby for a bit and i have visited alot of places in edmonton and i think venus is as good as any, although i think that has alot to do with the girl one sees and if they click or not, i got along with Dalisha and that probably had alot to do with my experience being good,

Except that I don't think what Dhalia posted could be considered advertising. Someone commented on his experience at Venus with a girl by the name of Dalisha, and Dhalia said she's a nice girl, which is not an uncommon comment to see in a review. I know the spellings are similar so if you're not paying attention it's easy to miss and think she's talking about herself, but if you go back and re-read it, I don't really see how that's advertising.

If you consider the original post to be advertising similar to how political parties run attack advertisements, then yes, this would be unpaid advertising, but that is not the comment that Annalise quoted.

So true. If that is the criteria for advertising, then every guy who posts a review on here should become a paid advertiser.

Quite frankly, some local SPs just need to lighten up a bit.
