Great point T,

It's always important to research the person thoroughly before taking any significant steps. Once you're in that room with somebody, you're life is potentially at risk.

That goes both ways, and us gals have lower muscle mass then even the slightest of men. But we get hassled when we want our callers to not block their numbers, or ask for referrences !!

~ sigh ~

As for these fuck tards ... the universe is a fair place, so I'm sure they will get what is coming !!

I posted a CL ad warning of the situation, looks like at least one person joined and possibly the perps saw it. SO we should assume they are here. If they get away with it, IT will only get worse kids...

Save as much info as you can remember, addresses, names, phone #, descriptions, tattoos - whatever you saw before it gets forgotten. Gotta love the English system of law, if it gets written down - it gets saved, and even years later the 'bad guys' can get their payback. Violent crime is always a priority, some warrants never expire. The cops are getting pretty sophisticated with warrants. And they have investigative rights that make it easier. FOr example, there was an apartment, cops can find out who it's leased to, who owns the phone#, they can find out a lot of stuff we can't, question/charge people who facilitated the perps...

If some cowboy fights back and gets knifed - then LE will become veeeeewy interested in ALL this stuff. Or worse, some pooner packs a blade and mis-judges a situation or over-reacts. I know, unlikely - but possible.

Find the correct ear in LE and tell the story... Then tell us who that ear is...

Excuses, excuses - criminals are not smart, but WE ARE - WE have to follow thru to protect ourselves, our ladies and our hobby.

Pay-go phone was sold by someone there is a record of that, it was used to call places, other phones called it too - all this info is useful and just ONE scrap of useful evidence can lead to another and so on. But LE is lazy too, they will try and put you off, "we're short staffed" etc etc... But if you find the right person in LE, it can go FAR and FAST.

Never under-estimate the power of asking nicely. And bitching sometimes works too. Just keep the pressure on, you may be amazed at the result.

Spooks...

..............man thsi is the year 2007. Try using a less racist way to describe these people. Just sayin!!
I think its pretty funny...my dad used to use that term. Plus a few more even farther from politically correct ones. LOL

I love how if we use a term like that we are racist...but if they use a derrogatory term towards us its fine.
...............However I am not a fanatic about it. If ya can't call yourself a honky and laugh well then you are too uptight in my opinion.
I thought we were now "crackers"? or is it now "peckerwoods"? I get so confused!
I believe the correct term is "Red Neck"....

I have to agree with Chef... it's not a case of being politically correct, it's a case of simply being respectful (If it's wrong, it's wrong on both sides!) and sometimes we say things in jest and end up hurting everyone's feelings. It really is not worth it.

With respect,

After reading the number of posts about people going to see someone at their home, a person has to take responsibility for their own actions.

This all goes back to the point of licensing....with a license, the SP is protecting herself and the client has a certain amount of protection, knowin that this persons information is on file with the police and bylaw.

When we start to think with the little head and take the first thing that comes along, we can see what happens. By going to either a MP or choosing a licensed lady (escort) to come to our home, we can have a little bit of confidence knowing that we will be protected.

Security clearences are required to work in the city of edmonton. That alone gives hobbiest a sense of security, or at least I hope so. If us ladies act up for any reason, bylaw finds out we can lose our licence. I'm not sure about other gals but I'm not biting the hand that feeds me.
