It appears to be the same woman, but since I've never seen Veronica, I'm not 100% sure. Truthfully with an SP changes her name I consider it a bit of a red flag. Makes me think her service wasn't want it should have been and this is how it's being dealt with. This isn't always the case, but it MAY be the case.
