I've only been in a few MP's, either as a client, or checking a place, but the ones I've seen have similar layouts - long hallway, with small, enclosed rooms to the side. Don't recall seeing any rooms with windows that opened. It seems these places would have very poor air circulation, which now, during Covid, from what I've read, is one of the main factors in transmission. I recall my first MP experience in a very tiny, cramped and stuffy room I wouldn't want to re-visit with Covid rampant.

Just seems like it would be good business practice, and good marketing (and I suppose this would apply to indepenent SP's as well) - if MP's have windows that open, have upgraded filtration or made attempts to improve air flow.

One of the reasons that I use Lily's is that they have better ventilation than most. Full air conditioning with the rooms having their own ducts. Nancy had also put in monitors and vaporizers early on in order to keep humidity between 40 and 60%. At those levels, it has been shown that for many airborne viruses that these will almost completely drop out of the air. For a while, she even had a graph posted in the rooms. Asked her and she said that one of her clients was a ventilation engineer who had suggested the vaporizers.

That's amazing. I don't see why virtually any business, but especially one involving close contact, wouldn't be promoting these kinds of things. There are two Lily's - North Van and White Rock. Which is the one you referenced?

Joke if you want, but one case would shut an entire place down. With Omicron spreading so rapidly, would you want the government to step in and start shutting places down again?
