"Vagina Monologues"

Heard on CBC Radio that these are being held in Calgary, tonight, March 29th: with audiences typically showing various levels of discomfort; and with some of the proceeds going to projects at the Y.

Well - I do not feel discomfort in visiting the Y, in fact, Dining at the Y (DATY) is at times a wonderful pasttime of mine!

Oh the famous Vigina Monologues.

An ex bf took me to that back in the early 2000's. It's a great play, and teaches people about society's perception of woman and thier bodies. We have so many ideals around Vigina's it's hard to get your head around, yet this play hits the nail on the head with a two-by-four.

The best part for me was the ending !!!

If you get a chance to go ... I recommend it with 10's. But go with an open mind and a strong stomach.
