It's really very straightforward. I expect EC has in their standard model contract that the model warrants that all pictures are true likeness, and blah, blah, blah (you know the drill, just add more legalese)/
We just pulled this ad off Escorts-Canada because of this fake photo.
We rely a great deal on the viewers of Escorts-Canada to let us know when FAKE images are being used - much like you rely on each other for credible reviews here. We were emailed yesterday about this problem so we immediately removed the ad.
We ask that you let us know if someone is using fake images, pulling a scam or doing the old "Bait and Switch routine" as we DO NOT tolerate this on Escorts-canada.
We are posting what Tiffany claims to be "REAL & RECENT" photo's today as she admitted to using the fake images. Please let us know if anyone has seen her and believes these are fake too. Unfortunately we can not "PERSONALLY" verify ALL the advertisers. We do however verify some with web cams, trusted photographers and in person by our sales agents here in Ontario. Unfortunately we currently do not have any sales reps or trusted photographers in the west coast at this time who can verify the ads in person.
If the ad has been verified by us then a "VERIFIED PHOTO" image shows up under the photo. If this image does not have the verified photo under it then we have not verified it.
If you wish to let us know about a FAKE image or a B&S situation please email us and we will investigate the person in question. It is important that we stay credible and will investigate all valid complaints. (This does not mean we will take everyone's word and remove ads immediately - but if you can supply a link such as Tiffany's ad here with the photo of Catherine Zeta Jones we will remove the ad immediately!).
As for the copyright stamp question... legal copyright issues do apply. We must be very careful to abide by the laws of copyright therefore we must remove images from the site when found to be fake immediately. This copyright stamp we place on the image (Visible, digital or watermarked) gives us legal power to request it removed from other sites who steal the images from Escorts-Canada.com. This protects us and the advertisers with us.
