This is not a review per se, since I've never seen her as an indy. She used to work as Nickla at a local MP/incall, and that's where I saw her, the second (and definitely last!) time being over a year ago, a few days before she went indy.

I saw her once about two years ago, and her personal hygiene was just plain awful!! I could barely finish, and I complained to the manager the next time I was there. She said she would speak to Nickla about it. About a year later, I had a brain fart (there's no other explanation), and decided to give her another chance. It turned out to be even worse this time! While I was showering and making myself squeaky clean, it became obvious that she had taken a whizz and dump, and hadn't even washed afterward! YUCK!!! Can you say boner-killer? I would have complained again, but she left a couple of days later.

This remark about Tara in the other thread caused me to start this one.

I also recently received a PM from someone who saw her, but he didn't want to post a negative review, although his concerns were related to more than hygiene. He used virtually the same expression as gotsome 2004. It seems she still doesn't grasp the importance of cleanliness!

This is a review board, and negative experiences should be shared, as well as the positive ones. I don't understand why some of you are so timid!

Well, in her EC ad, below her name and phone number, her slogan does say "A change of flavor!". She just conveniently omits that her flavor is reminiscent of a septic tank. I think that's what the marketing people call "truth in advertising".

Ok...

This is not a review either, but my thoughts. I like Tara. The couple of times I saw her, I thought she was friendly and easy going. She was clean, I was clean and we had a nice time.

I know everyone is entitled to there opinion. However, there's no need to humiliate someone just because you had a bad experience.

Is it possible to be critical and sensitive to someone, even if you didn't get along, regardless of her shortcomings, or yours? There may be other ways of being clear and considerate, too.

At the risk of having Avery chastise  me again, I think this is a pretty good quote. Especially the part about the shortcomings: including those of the reviewer!

This is not a review of Tara/it is a few thoughts instead

The reason I will not post a review is simply because I told her as we parted that I would not post a review.

IMHO the lady in person does not do justice to her EC pictures and ad (this is the opposite of the more common term 'her pictures and ad do not do her justice' which is usually stated as a compliment). The eye candy and service were what I would expect from a streetworker. Personality wise I had no complaints but we really didn't spend much time talking anyway.

I only posted one somewhat negative review a year and a half ago and even that had a strong positive element to it. I have looked for it but I seem to recall the whole thread was deleted in the end. I was beat up lots by poon favorites and favour wannabies as well as 3 sp's that kept throwing fuel on the fire not to mention a lot of really rude pm's and one poon jumped in with a somewhat review of my performance in the bed room as reported to him by a sp. My review was honest and balanced. The sp thread that touched off the bashing in that thread as well as the deleted one was a review thread started by TJ on Caryn. I simply added my review of the same lady in the thread. Very few poons jumped in to keep the matter civil and add balance. Many seemed to be having too much fun at the time seeing a newby get beat up I guess.

So to reply to your statement that you do not understand why poons are reluctant to post negative reviews I will suggest that we not beat up on each other too much when we don't agree with a review. Disagreement can be stated just as tactfully as is reasonably expected when posting a negative review without personalizing things.

I have to defend Avery, this is a review board, in his review he highlighted the reason why the session was not enjoyable and why he would not return. This is no way is a personal attack on the SP, he just stated the facts.

Maybe she will learn from this and improve on the noted areas. Avery suggestions might have saved her business life, maybe no one had the guts to tell her, they just did not come back.

Thanks Avery for having the guts to do what this board is all about, reviews

I'm not attacking anyone, so there's no need to be defensive. I'm just calling for a little consideration, that's all.

It' just as easy to say "this sp's ________ wasn't up to my standards, just to let you know..." as it is to pile drive them with a slur of some kind, or make them the object of some joke.

Having said that, I'm a total hypocrite when it comes to politics-I tend to go for the juggular if I hear some crap I don't like.

It's just that if you're having a physical experience with someone and then reporting about it, I think it's better to think about their feelings as well, even if it's a disaster.

I never took your post as an attack. And, I don't doubt that your experience was better than mine. I would certainly hope so, anyway.

But my post wasn't a personal attack either. It's far more difficult to write good negative reviews (or, in this case a quasi-review) than positive ones. And, on the very rare occasions that I've posted a negative review, I've always been careful to avoid name-calling or disparaging personal remarks.

Unfortunately, some people react emotionally, and see any kind of negativity as a personal attack. They feel obliged to defend the reviewee, regardless of the circumstances. That kind of reaction results in the reticence to review described so well by logsplitter.

alt most? Is that like ctrl-alt-delete? just confused...

Yes, there is negativity in every business, and yes, there are two sides to every story, and yes, we shouldn't beleive everything we hear/or read...

But, when a well respected member lets us know of his experience, good or bad, we all benefit from it. We must consider the source and consider the motives. Was Avery trying to flame someone because he didn't like her, or she wronged him? Could these be his motives? Or was he trying to give us a warning of what we might find?

The board here is as much for reporting the heads ups as it is the must do's. If no-one posted anything negative, we'd be wasting alot of our money on things we don't like. We all have our likes and dislikes, and reviews here are to help us decide one way or the other on the ladies.

Sometimes, the reviews also have another benefit. A lot of the time, the ladies can learn more from an anonymous review than they can in person. A guy who has just shared carnal knowledge of you isn't going to feel too comfortable telling you your apartment needs redecorating, or that you shouldn't use a rubber glove for a HJ. He's just going to book it. But. he might post afterwards, and she learns that maybe her "eclectic" decorating style looks like the town dump, or that when SP's are recommended to use a rubber, they don't mean glove...

Not trying to bait anyone here, and I'm not waiting with bated breath for responses... there are others here better at baiting... might even say there are some master baiters here...

I think this Handel member should apply 2 the National Enquirer
(The Paparazi) because the Handel enjoys typing Rubbish :D
& would probably generate more revenue:D

His records indicate that he has 1000's of posts (junk mail too)& seems 2 be
a pro @ this....
Different strokes 4 different folks I guess......
