Praxis, I doubt if a lady asking for the money up front would qualify as an indication of whether or not she has any class. I am mostly concerned about the lack of class I may have after a session where I didn't get paid cuz I didn't ask for the donation up front.

At this point I'd say keep your hand on the trigger and slowly back away towards the door - make sure you keep your eye on her at all times...
