So I meet a couple of perbites...

....after having convened a meeting of MERL here in Edmonton. I love Edmonton...it is snowy and slushy and crappy at the momet...but, it's home. My babies live here...I live here....it works.

To the point, HB and I arrange to meet for a drink....and a couple more come along. Delightful! What I was struck with....is that the two I hadn't met prior to this....are some pretty fine people. There was the inevitable discussion about..."who have you seen?"...."how was that?"....blah blah blah.

But, more importantly, there was the humanity of some people getting together for a drink and relaxing over a game of pool.

Thank you each of you for a delightfully interesting evening. HB is still mine though....don't start putting your moves on him. He's such a slut...I don't know how I will ever begin to control him.

I am anally retentive about truth. I love when people tell me the truth...even when they lie about it. I have spun my share of bullshit in the past....and I am sure I will do so again. It's the whole white lie vs. the truth deal.
