Question about "Secret Hostess" adverts

Found an advertiser I have never seen before - "Secret Hostess". Many escort profiles I have seen elsewhere, but that included some ladies who I haven't seen advertised elsewhere for a long time. One other ad for a lady I have seen said she was asian, but I know she is white & from Quebec.
Checked the dates on the listing, and it looked like it said 2022, but I am very skeptical / suspicious.

My question is this:
Does this site have real current listings, or do they just "scrape" info from other sites (even if that info is out of date)?

That site looks like total BS
There are lots of sites that scrape new and old ads, I don’t know how they earn revenue.
I know a couple of long-retired ladies who had grief from these sites. They couldn’t get their ads removed until they went to the site host.

Yeah, that's what I was worried about. Saw a couple of bygone faves on there, and though looking at their ads brought back some nice memories, I had a feeling it just wasn't true.
