Prepaid ATM-accessible credit cards

Quick search didn’t answer this (if it’s already been covered, apologies) but has anyone tried using pre-paid credit cards for ATM/cash withdrawal?

The ones I’ve found so far in stores (Joker, Vanilla, etc) do not allow for cash withdrawal. When I search online, there seems to be options but have yet to find a brand that I can buy in a store then use to withdraw cash later.

Any experience? Thanks!

Under current regulations, any card that can have direct access to cash requires a KYC(know your client-automated proof of id etc)process to deter money laundering. If you don’t mind that there’s lots of options.
