Within reason. You can use any combination of two to six letters and numbers, or letters only. You cannot use numbers only (sorry, we already use number series for another type of plate).

You may have a blank space or hyphen as long as the total numbers of letters of numbers, hyphens and blank spaces is not more than seven character spaces (six spaces for motorcycles).
