I did the same mistake until I found out the 4 last digits are the phone numbers. Not the ID of the ad

on top of erslist website you'll see three menus across the page
Region Category Keyword

place mouse over 'Keyword' (magnifying glass icon)
type in 4 digits.
note: make sure to select 'All' under Cities menu, located on the right.
press return, and voila.
