Jedimaster, kudos to you for taking a hit here. She did look damm fine in those photos. However, the only way to curtail this practice is to refuse the imposter at the door, even if Claudia Schiffer shows up. (well I might make an exception here). In this case, you might have slipped Jennifer cab fare etc because you know her, but the mere fact that you accepted her just primes the agency to continue the practice.
In the several times this has happened to me (TO and Mtl), I won't even admit the girl in the room, and will not provide any compensation, (ie: cancelation fee). My feeling is simply that I have not been offered the date as agreed upon between myself and the agency and therefore there is nothing to cancel.
Only my two cents. And while I usually practice what I preach, I slipped and did something similar to you 6 months ago. Still regret it.....
