Yes, there is always a chance an SP may have a bad 'date' even with one man, and it could be potentially worse with two... but that's the inherent risk of being a sex worker. At the same time depicting men in general as some kind of rough animals who may loose any self-control once they act as a mob (and two of them is already a mob, right?) is definitely over the top.

'Potential for a sense of either peer rivalry leading to a rougher than normal session' is highly unlikely: two men feeling rivalry won't be seeking MFM with an SP. It's quite the opposite - only men who are comfortable with each other would want MFM, especially in DP/DVP scenarios. I had a few MFM in the past, and not just with SPs, but I've never noticed that the presence of another male caused me to act 'rough' or lose control.
