It’s all further west…Lavender Spa on 3rd and Lonsdale would be your closest. Sugar Oss-H is somewhere in that general vicinity as well and then after that you’re looking at Marine Drive and 16th ish
Years back when I lived in the Cove there was only one - a relatively high end milf by the name of January. I knew about her but that thing about the side action being too close to home and she was in the Dollar Shopping mall area so nada for me. That was it, and I understand she sold the big house and moved to the interior. Next closest was an incredible smokin hot asian gal who went by the handle Rainbow, down near the foot of Lonsdale. And one other, a Mandy up near the hospital, who had one of the nicest racks I had ever had the pleasure of being in my hands and mouth.
I think the dearth of providers east of Seymour is related to it being a pretty small and close knit community, only two ways in and out, local shopping etc and if you want a degree of anonymity, that is not the place to be pooning.
Mind you ... There was an active swingers thing going on that took me awhile to figure out. And no, I did not participate, not my thing.

Strange that none operate in the eastern side of North Van. I keep thinking that'll change any day now, but doesn't seem to
