I was at Madam Cleo's about a month or two ago. Yes, it is FS. although at the door or to any outside services they seek to hide the "other" side of their business. For newbies the cost is three browns in addition to the room. It is a great place, they have a lot of hot chicks. When you walk in everybody available walks into the room and you get to choose which one you want. If you go between 4 and 6pm, it's shift change time and there's a lot more girls available. if you go before noon, they have half off rate for rooms. The basic (which does the job) is three greens, alternativly, the theme rooms are about four greens and a blue.
