Would those shootings occurred if higher up in the organised crime hierarchy those shootings had not been allowed or sanctioned ? Why is the police staying mum about it...no finger pointing ? No journalist has brought the subject so far as I know which surprises me.

i blame rap music, some poverty (& parents spoiling their indian kids, the other side is usually the one in poverty) & wannabes. this generation is just completely out of control and guns are in the hands of sociopaths...and their culture, keep in mind these are the same cultures which will disown their daughter/wife/woman in a family and kill her for not obeying them...barbaric!

LOL just re-read your own post. If you blame rap music for a gang turf war between brown/black kids then you are just like those people who thought the Beatles and Elvis would destroy our youth back in the 50's and 60's. Criminals don't need external reasons to cause them to commit crimes, least of all the music they choose. On the other hand, how many white kids do you see driving around the Fraser Valley dressing like Eminem and acting all "hard" when if fact they're just pussies. I see lots.
