Looking for Vancouver's best breast augmentation surgeon

So......my girlfriend wants to get breast implants. I support it 100%. Can anyone recommend who would be the best breast surgeon in Vancouver? Over the years I've seen some terrible implants but also some that were incredibly natural - hard to tell the difference from the real thing. Not looking to save dollars, quality is most important.

There are lots of bad ones out there - namely the ones who will tell you that you can go to whatever size you want.
Go see Dr. Nancy VanLaeken - she's the head of the UBC cosmetic surgery dept. Someone I know went in to go from an A cup to a D cup (400cc saline), and got it done in 15 minutes once she was on the bed - Laeken is that experienced. You want minimal time in surgery because the longer it takes, the more damage to the body and the more likely there will be scarring that causes capsular contracture resulting in hardness. The result was absolutely wonderful and natural.

Dr. Cameron Bowman has done some pretty good work at Fairview Plastic Surgery. I have seen first hand the kind of work hes done and can recommend him.


Best thing to do when shopping around is to check out a bunch of places. Spending upwards of $200 for a consultation can build up quickly, but this isnt something you would like to cheap out on. Nothing like an ugly life long scar to remind you that its better to spend a bit more knowing you get quality work.

Hmm...this is very timely information. My wife has a bit of a body image issue in that I'm not even allowed to touch her breasts right now because she hates them so much...

Of course...$7000...that's a lot of money for just one set of breasts when I could just spread that around to many many breasts...
