Looking for an escape

Hi all been away from this hobby for awhile now but looking for some help, i have found a friend and we would like to get away from our busy life for a few hours but we can't go to our houses for obvious reasons, Our escape would be through the day so hotels, motels are out because of the late check in and credit cards deposit all the things with checking in, Just wondering about all those empty apartments, basement suits, guest houses, I've thought about B&B or VRBO, room rental that might rent a half day. Langley, Surrey area. i'm sure i'm not the first one with this problem what have people done in the past.

Hotels accept cash. Book with a CC and tell them you will settle up in cash. Or pay up front but that way they typically want a damage deposit which is upwards of $2K.

Most hotels have day rates. I've done this many times. Check in at noon and gone by six pm.

A few yrs ago i was in the same situation. The motel/hotel on Glover Rd, and the motel on 88th just off 200 were very accommodating. Paid cash upon checkin and used a credit card for the possible incidentals charges. Nothing ever appeared on my credit card.

Look under the Buy Sell forum, I think there is a lady in RED (LADY-VIA) who may offer something that may work for you.

Sadly as far as I know most north American city's don't Have love hotels like they do in japan yet . One other option if you are not to particular is the 24 hour swingers clubs and gay bath houses when they let women in . These places are usually cash only and they provide condoms and showers. Do not know if you have those where you are if you do it is another option.
