My first visit to Island's Finest was to see Livianna Rose. I only saw her for a 1/2 hour, but I'll say that as amazing as the other women there seem to be, I have to go and see Livianna again when I have more time. She is absolutely gorgeous, amazing in bed, and made me feel completely at ease. Darn COVID times has meant I've put on a few extra pounds, but she made me not feel self-conscious at all and we were able to just have a great, but brief, time together. We joked about the previous use of the building and she made me wish we had more time to not be so rushed. The building is on a busy street, but mostly just car traffic so not worries there. Also, the shower and bathroom is super amazing, which helps make one feel more comfortable about the whole visit.

Unless you hobby outside of a city you live in, work in or have people you know in, there is always a chance someone could see you. Every place in the city will have either neighbours or other business around them, regardless if you're going to an agency, or a girls incall. If you do outcall, then the girl will know your place. If you go to a hotel either for a touring girl or an outcall, someone could see you going to a hotel, and need an excuse why you're going there. It's unlikely any passer byer will know what any of these locations are, unless they are themselves clients. None of them have big sign saying escorts. It's just a matter of neighbours, hotel staff noticing guys going in and out frequently. But most people are not keeping that close tabs on neighbours/surrounding businesses.
As for legality. LE have bigger fish to fry. SVIP, SU, CCE have been around for more than a decade with no issues.
