Exactly. Which means, if you're asked by a provider to not review, they're Not necessarily DNR. You can review, or not, as you wish.
IDK in this case, but to my observations, the majority of the time, if asked to not review, it's sub standard service

I completely agree with your point. I’ve never seen an outstanding provider ask not to be reviewed. Usually, if someone requests that, it’s a red flag, and often, it does indicate subpar service.
