Leg Day. Who loves it? Who hates it?

Beverly Hills. In the Kitchen eatin' vittles.
It's pretty well known that many guys don't spend the correct amount of time on their legs during their work outs. We've all seeen them in the gym. Huge upper body on little chicken legs. Why? Cause Leg Day is a grind!
I have a love hate relationship with Leg Day. Hate it while doing it but grind through. Love it after. That feeling of accomplishment when your done and you couldn't do another rep.
That tightness in the muscles that relaxes when you stretch it out later.
I also have to remember to drink lots of water that day or I wake up at night with terrible cramps.

Cheers

no issues with leg day but i find most commercial gyms have an imbalanced amount of equipment for upper body compared to lower body, and in times like this with social distancing that issue is exacerbated

Like most of the gym, my gym also have reservation system and only allowed number of ppls.

Since my gym opened, I never had to fight for an equipment or wait in line to get one...especially the squat racks.

Deadlifts really do your posture a lot of good, you will stand up straighter.
No need for massive weights either, just twice weekly sessions with good form.
Good coaching helps, from a real coach, not just a big guy at the gym lol

Buy your own home gym and to hell with gym fees and waiting in line.
I have a squat rack, a Smith machine, high/low pulley, and a bunch of free weights.
My gym is just down the stairs, available 24/7.

All this from kijiji in the springtime. Every year lots of stuff goes up for sale when people give up on their New Year's resolutions.
I got an Olympic bar and they gave me six 45s for free!
