Well, sorry to hear you got scammed, I will assume you paid a deposit and got ghosted.
But, I can't help but point out the red flags. It's a new user on LL. I searched the last 4 numbers in other cities on LL, started with BC as it was a 604 number, got instant hits to exact ad in other cities at the same time as Winnipeg one. No reviews with the name or number here on perb. When they say "Winnipeg and surrounding area", they are not familiar with the city and think we are like lower mainland BC or southern Ontario.

I just don't understand!!! There are lots of great providers that are well reviewed. I am sure that at least one of them would tick all or most of the boxes on your ideal SP list.
I totally understand why more experienced members have just quit trying to fix stupid, sorry for being blunt.
Thanks for sharing but most of us knew that ad was a scam, hopefully others will learn from your mistake, but after being here for a while, I sincerely doubt it.
