Just to get a rep

I'm being targeted by somebody but can't rep them back. I can give it out to anybody but this individual. I assumed they had me on ignore so I did the same but they can still hit me. What gives?

Maybe he/she is connected to the Mod. Actually it seems that you can't just hand out rep points + or - to one person without first handing them out to others as well.

I never quite did get the whole "rep" thing. Mine shows me as being on a "distinguished road". Good grief, talk about lack of truth in advertising. I am still waiting to hit the "one step from God's right hand". Still and all, it's fun to see the little comments left on some of the crap I spin out...so I suppose it's better than nothing. I think I got some negative points too but I can't figure out what the little symbols stand for. At least, I hope I have gotten some negative press....as someone famous once said....they couldn't have been that famous or I would remember their name....."Show me a man with no enemies, I'll show you a man with no character". Thank you famous person...whoever you are or were.
