Notice that something has been removed badly from the second picture I don't know what was removed but you can see it has been altered. I also always worry when I see a large object, necklace, scarf etc. around the neck, that is the easiest way to drop another head on a body. The sending pics with an essay part sounds too much like that Wiki scam from San Francisco a year or so ago

haha.. Looks like a dude.. very true..
beyond that, the pigmentation in the face is nothing close to the body. the body is more olive or tanned in skin tone, while the face is ivory white.

as someone who is pretty good with photoshop, this clearly looks like a novice trying to pull a fast one..
