I don't like the limitation of hourly rates and it never feels there is enough time. For a real GFE I suggest a session where you can stay as long or short as you want, to your heart's content. A friend told me he saw one lady who did a special at the end of the night and he enjoyed many hours of fun

Sounds to me like my overnight. You will find some ladies will provide that option to you.
I may need clarification from the OP. Yes. Many ladies offer an overnight or extended experience that may be at a non pro rata rate.
The whole industry is flat rate. This is not a taxi ride where you pay per km. 
Yes, apart from the usual flat rate for 30, 60, 90,120 and so forth rates, many of them do have flat rates for full day, overnight, dinner and drinks, weeks, holidays.......... depends how deep your pockets are.

I try to 'be nice' and include as much as Im open to, or run specials where add ons may be included that week. I try to give back what I am getting. We aren't cheap so some appreciation can go a long way
If you pay for 4 hours but only stay for three thats fine by me but if you pay for four and stay for five, I might feel taken advantage of. I think Charlotte is right. Thats a sugar type of relationship. "Unlimited".

I never understand these over nights whats the big deal, for me once I go to sleep I sleep hehe oh well I guess is just me , hmm maybe 3,4 hours good action that should be enough I would think , or there is always ticket to Philippines or Thailand more bang for the buck one would think...... to each its own
I would not use the term "friends with benefits" to describe any scenario that involved cash for sex. $7000 per episode is comical, girl has a sense of humor.
One lady on this board used to offer free outside social time with bookings of 2 hours or longer of private time. But she took a lambasting by many of the other ladies on here.
I think the unlimited time, in an "Up to xyz hours" is a good business model for some, but it would mean that the minimum price would be much higher to average out the potential length of the meeting. After all, a lady couldn't make plans, personal or professional, for any of the 'possible' hours she may be engaged. You are basically asking somebody to put their life on hold for you, because you 'might' want it.
Most gentlemen looking for that kind of scenario will simply book a much longer liaison (which is usually quite reduced from an hourly rate) and let the lady know that they may or may not need the entire time, but will pay for the entire block so that they can relax and take it easy. That is why longer engagements exist. Not to run a marathon from minute one to the end. But to allow things to play out in a more natural and less accelerated fashion.
With that said, when we are enjoying ourselves, and there is nothing pressing to attend to on the back end of a liaison, trysts will often run longer. For me, this happens predominantly with my 4 hour specialty packages. I like taking my time, so it's not unusual for them to run into 5 or 6 hours......or for a 4 hour PSE session to extend to 6-8 hours
However, I think it is also important to point out that if you do have a special lady who is relaxed with timing for you that you don't come to expect that as the norm. Sometimes it is a one time experience because chemistry and life just aligned properly. Other times it may become so common that you feel it is the new norm. However, you are still just booking the time frame you agree upon, so enjoy and appreciate the extra time rather than coming to believe it is expected.

What's your point? Not really fair to compare girls living in Canada to girls living in the Philippines. Its like apples and oranges.
And the price of a good Napa red from TJ's, Safeway, Costco or BevMo in Bellingham is well below what we pay for it here.
