Well written article! As a white male working in larger tech companies in non management positions, I was not aware of the types of issues described in the article. But I'm sure they must have existed. At least, working in larger tech companies, employees had access to substantial HR departments with procedures in place to deal with sexual harassment. Though those procedures probably only became common place the last 20 years or so of my employment.
