Nothing! A million dollars is not very much ,not even enough to buy a nice house in the Vancouver West Side. If it is ten million,that will be a different story!
Right Said Fred and I have a cooperative agreement that if either of us windsanythingin the 6 figures or up, the other gets a partyof a lifetime. In addition, if we hit it before the next EdmontonPA, we have agreed to charter a jet for a run to Vancouver and Calgary to pick up any of the ladies who would like a quick trip to our hot hot august night party.

Depends if you mean had a million dollars that I accumulated through hard work and investing or won a million all at once in a lottery.OTR2 said:
If it was accumulated money my spending habits wouldn't change. If it was a jackpot I would spend a portion of it on frivolous things like travel, pooning, and a nice car, then pay off my mortgage and invest the rest.

I would buy a house for my little brother and his family. Pay off my mortgage, and do some renovations. Kitchen, baths, new deck...oh yeah! and get some f*cking air conditioning installed for days like today when blinking is making me sweat.

1 Million isn't really THAT much I don't think
so I would invest it. Then I could retire early and combined with the interest, and my pensions and investments to date, I could live very comfortably with no financial concerns for the rest of my life. There would HAVE to be a sweetheart involved there btw so we could travel etc!!! Would not be the same (for me at least) unless there is someone special to share it with).

Buy a Chevrolet diesel 4x4 truck and the best 5th wheel... ($220,000)
Travel, to Australia (great Barrier Reef, Ayers Rock), to Rio, to Goa Beach, the Serengeti plains, climb Mount Kilimanjaro, Moscow, Paris, London, Tokyo and New York... ($120,000)
