Executive Bath is lsited in the Yellow Pages under Adult Entertainment, and you're saying they keep their tops on? That's NOT Adult Entertainment if they keep their clotheson.

Nothing that will be posted here. From a friend in L.E., Executive found some excessive scrutiny a year and a half back and would appreciate the comings and goings of their clientele not advertised too much on this (or other) board. Enjoy your time here, and leave the details to PM. Cheers, all.
How could EB get singled out with excessive scrutiny, when nevadas, broadways and moonlight all openly condone FS in their establishments? It just doesn't seem to make any sense. EB has the tamest facility, and is exceptionally well maintained. Why would they get extra scrutiny? If anything, LE should let them slide...
Maybe Kal doesn't "grease their palms" or give them freebee's.
I remember a few years ago an Indy telling me that when she worked a Jesse's it was common place for an officer to show up and expect a freebee. In fact, one of the reasons she quit was, there was a Sergent who liked her and he's show up late at night and make Jesse phone her at home and tell her to come in to see him.

In today's environment and culture, I think it is highly unlikely a LE official of any sort could weild this kind of power. To allow a blatantly illegal activity to go on through the tendering of bribes and sexual favor, I am damn sure that they would be hung out to dry and flayed. There are too many fanatics within LE to allow something like this to go on... Maybe 20 years ago, or even 10, but not now. Not with cutbacks, staff shortages, and the scrutiny that the force itself is under. This kind of corruption would be ferreted out instantly by someone either on the force, or a citizen critical of it.
I think Kal does not allow FS because of the potential threat, not the real threat. He has a lot invested in the building and leaseholds, and he wants to protect that, and rightly so. The reason the others don't care is they can make the same money as Kal, without the capital investment, attract girls more easily because the "tips" are more, and should the threat of prosecution become reality, closing it down doesn't really affect them. It just means the gravy train stops.

You are naïve if you believe this. Not only police officers but judges too are in on free sex. Do you think you would hear about abuses from those affected?
It wouldn't have made any difference and only made her some powerful enemies. It boils down to her word against theirs and more than any other groups, lawyers, judges and LE circle the wagons and protect their own.
Honestly, this may be a bit of "overthinking" going on... it just takes a complaint from a neighbour to initiate an investigation (not a corrupt cop, etc.). Given the $$$ that can flow through these legal businesses, I would be sure I would adhere to my license to operate in the neighbourhood, at least on paper. Enjoy your time behind closed doors at EB/TO, and please be descreet about bragging about the fun you had in the room.
The thing about Jesse's was (Avery could correct me on this if I'm mistaken) she was not properly licensed to operate in a residential neighborhood. Most of her neighbors knew was going on and I'm sure complained to City Hall. Yet she continued to operate for years. How does that happen when there are supposed to be LE and city inspectors shutting illegal or improperly licensed establishments down? Hmmmmm? How does that happen? 2 words....Money and BJ's.
She finally got shut down because despite the fact she was not properly licensed, she continiued to flaunt her business openly in the neighborhood, which eventually led to the raid and closure of her operation. If not for her brash behaviour which likely, eventually caused alot of embarresment to the officials who allowed her to operate all those years, they likely would have left her alone and she'd still be operating. Not alot unlike Ms Sydnee who was just a bit to forward with her business dealings and eventually forced LE's hand.
