In my experience, there are a lot of girls walking the streets in Victoria but very few of them are prostitutes. Most of them are simply thieves. (I've lived here for a while now and it's the worst percentage of any city I've been in.)
Let's see... I should give a short list.
Sabrina: tall, short brown hair. (talks like a trucker.) says she has a condom but after she has your money can't find it. Then on the pretext of taking you to get one, disappears with the cash.
Kathlyn: short, thin, 40's, short brown hair, (used to be blonde.) Pulled a scam with her younger cuter roommate, Sherry. Kathlyn offers a duo with Sherry, and when you get there, you pay Sherry who then says that was your deal with Kathlyn and if you want her, it'll be more. The instant you refuse to pay any more and just ask for what you've already payed for, you're kicked out with nothing.
Jen: short, looks good for her age. I thought she looked familiar when I "first" saw her. was seeing her regularly with good service when she suggests one night, we could go to her motel if I gave her the money up front to pay her bill. I say I've been stolen from before like that. She says she'll leave me her purse as collatoral. That's when I realize she was the one who did that to me months back and that's why she looked familiar.
Crystal/Jazz: medium height, very pretty, probably native girl. When I first saw her, she wouldn't let me touch her face or breasts, practically had to hover. the next time, I told her I didn't like that, and wasn't going to see her again, she offered more, and for a few times it was better, then she started misrepresenting the service, (offer one thing, but change her mind once she got the money and give you something less.)
Linda: medium height, short blonde hair, 30-40. boring, and she will tell you one thing to get the money then give you something else.
There were quite a few more that I can't quite remember names or details at the moment.
Cindy, outright thief but she hasn't been around for sometime.

Jo-ann: short, long blonde hair, slightly overweight. boring but she never stole.
Julie: Hipster said in another thread she gives a wicked blow-job, and he's absolutely right.
Katrina: medium height, extra padding on the hips. very nice to talk to. average service, but she never stole.
Lee-ann: short, stocky, native girl. pockmarked face. I got very nice service. probably the best of the lot and she's never stolen from me.
And on another topic, I've seen that tall Oriental too. and for a while I never saw "her" out unless I also saw another tall manly ... person dressed as a woman ... a block or two away. they only seemed to be out at the same time so I was suspecting law enforcement.
