I was in Vancouver last week and saw her twice. It was my first time with an SP. Glad it went so well. She really put my mind at ease.
After reading the threads here, I expected it to be really hard to get ahold of her. I managed to do so on the second phone call.
I may have to conclude that I'm just lucky.
