Can you guys recommend any reputable agencies in the GTA? PM's welcome! Is terb reliable?

Yes, Terb is totally reliable.
CAERF dot cc is actually better in some ways; much more civilized.

+1 all of what he's said, but I would add JerseyGirls, Garden of Eden and Top Drawer, honestly almost any of them are very good, they all have their gems on the roster. The agency scene in Toronto is insanely good, only Montreal beats it. The Indy scene is also great, but do remember if you hit an MP, it's most likely not FS unless you tip big. Stick to agencies and indys for better value. Terb and Caerf are good, stay away from any board with 411 in the title unless you like to be outed.

All those listed are decent resources. Roommates is also very dependable, much depends on where you are going to be, east end and Durham there a few agencies, Indy territory... Scarborough and Markham has a lot of Asian operations of dubious quality. Mississauga and Brampton are another whole scene. Stay away from BP, terb is reliable.
