No but the Provincial Government has established its first official Glory Hole facility in Vancouver at the public library and is presently recruiting both men and women to staff the Glory Hole room. Prior Library experience is not required but the "Librarian Look and Attire" is encouraged. They are operating this as a medical service so it will be covered under the health program. (no fee with a Doctor's Blue Balls prescription) better book an appointment with your doctor for that prescription. I understand treatment will be prioritized by way of an examination of your scrotum. The more swollen the nutsack the sooner they will issue you a library card. By covered I also mean every service requires a cover, so no BBBJ's.
As an Artist I have applied for a public art grant from the BC Arts Council to install Glory Hole Panel Art Sculptures. I will be installing them on each corner in White Rock and if I get plenty of money from the Arts Council, I will be installing them on most corners in Burnaby. They will be shrink wrapped much like hydro boxes, so please don't mistake the shrink wrap as a substitute for a condom.
