You can get real V (sealed pharmaceutical packaging with usage pamphlet) over the counter in Thailand and many other developing countries. If you know someone who travels, ask them to bring or send you back some. Stick with the low dosages of 50 mg or less (otherwise you might sport wood for a solid 4-6 hours which isn't real fun after the 3rd round or so). Thankfully I only tried half of the 100 mg.
I had a mixed experience the 3 or so times I tried it and actually didn't like the other side effects (super hot flashes, red face and massive sweating). I can already go 2-3 rounds per session (not bad for 37), so I don't really have a need for recreational use at the moment.
Definitely read all the warnings and do not take if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition.
