Seriously? Is this an RMT/happy ending thread?
If an SP gives you a list of No's, it means No. Not, "oh, if you can convince me, I'll do something I am uncomfortable doing, just because you are cute, took a shower and have money."
On the other hand, if an SP connects with a client, and decides to widen her offerings, that's a different thing. If she VOLUNTEERS. But assuming that the restrictions are for dirty old men only, well, that's both disrespectful and downright dangerous. Especially when a number of posters re-enforce the concept.
No means No, gentlemen. If you get more from an SP than her posted menu, shut the fack up about it. The last thing she needs is every client demanding that special service. Be happy with your gem of a find, and let her maintain her safety and comfort level.
