Fox Den in Burnaby a good place? It looks shabby and small from outside

It can be good but is not always a reliable place in terms of girls.
It's pretty hit-and-miss with some of the foxes. The outside does look pretty shabby but the interior is a lot nicer. Also a lot more spacious. Kind of dark though, so take off your sunglasses when you walk up or down the stairs so you don't trip and fall on your face half the time like I do lol.
it's nice on the inside, though a couple of the beds need a little work on the supports as i've sunken right down in spots, and some of the showers tend to pool water so if you're in there having fun for too long you risk a flood.

the main area is upstairs - they got 5 rooms and is the best run agency in the city and probably one of the best in North America.
I agree that they have had some 'misses' with a lot of their recruits and I have even seen a few foxes that I regretted.
However, I have found so many great gems there, it has been well worth it.
Just do your research on the fox you want to see and check for yourself.

the decor is kinda 'old new orleans opulence' style and a lot of attention was paid to the details. as indicated above it's not new any more - but as also indicated above, it probably rivals anything at the price range in north america

I second that bit about the beds. They have these awful circle beds. You sink flailing into the mattress and there's not quite enough room. I wish they'd replace them with something sturdier.
I also agree. The beds can be improved - I am sure the mattresses have been pounded for quite some time. I don't really notice it that much anymore. As for showers, I generally don't spend a lot of time in the showers and tend to spend most of my time in the bed. I've been to other establishments and I have yet to find a place that even comes close to the quality of the Fox Den.
One thing you can count on though is that you'll never walk in a room that reeks of dogs/cats, garbage lying around, ... I just get a bit nervous walking into an incall sometimes because I've seen many places that are just dives and it really ruins the mood.
I think every pooner should visit the den at least once. It is seriously a major institution in the city as far as pooning is concerned.
You can say all you want about the den but at the end of the day, Carman has some of the hottest escorts and the den has been the starting point/training ground for many great independents who have developed a huge following because of the den: Shauna Fox, Josie, Tara the China Doll (now retired), Isabelle, Dallas, and many many others have all started there.
I talked to one fox before who said the girls get fined if they leave things a mess. Sucks for the sloppier foxes but great for pooners that it's clean (well, tidy lol. I wouldn't go in there with a blacklight). The showers are a big bonus for me. Some of the girls wear too much perfume and I don't like having it smell on me later. Plus the smell of latex on your hands is hard to ignore. Air conditioning is also nice, and the complimentary soda from the receptionist.
Overall it's a nice place but I wish there was more consistency when it comes to girls. I haven't been back in a while, I can only hope for improvement.

Towels seem pretty standard. Some of them are frayed from being washed- but hey, at least they get washed. I remember seeing a girl about two years ago who just sort of reused these couple of towels for several sessions.
The beds suck, period.
How could you possibly know this (several sessions) unless you and Bluboy were scoping out the place together.? Now, that is very creepy.
Towels the lady handed me were slightly damp, had a few stray pubes on them. I'm usually trimmed, this lady was shaved. So who donated the hair eh? There wasn't exactly an abundance of towels at her incall either.
