Flaking out?

When referring to an SP as "flaking out" does this mean, in general strange behavior?

Or unreliable to get a hold of and communicate with? As in after several text's or phone calls all communication stops? No shows etc...

Or for me the the scary part.... in person, in the middle of a session, strange or stressed out, freaked out behavior?
(No slammers of Newbie posts please.)
Any help clarifying this would appreciated.

They bail. Cancel. No show. Something 'comes up' at the last minute (and not in a good way!). Just don't return contacts. Never give you the address. Leave you waiting at the door.

They Flake Out.

I endorse GC's reply. But I would emphasize his last point. Local SPs seem to think nothing of leaving the pooner ringing the buzzer board, in the bitter cold, with a stiff north wind blowing, all the way across town, in the dark of night. Worse than unprofessional, it's callousness. And it isn't just the drug-addled SPs.

Maybe if gentlemen were to consider that some of us are with a gentlemen and therefore our cell is on silent you wouldn't be so quick to assume that we are ceasing communication. Many of you expect last minute availability, and or don't have a time in mind. Please consider that when you decide to simply call back to see availability at time an sp says she could be available for. By then she will likely be booked.

I think most of us are talking about where the pooner believes "it's on", communication is going well right up to the point where the pooner rings the buzzer board on time, and there is no answer, for at least the rest of the day.

In order for her to flake out, you need to have booked a firm date and time with the lady. Cessation of communication prior to a booking does not equal flaking out. Bad business yes, flaking out, no.

take a chill pill Emily, we say this for a reason.. this is our review board if you dont like what we say, stay out of our forum, you have your forum we have ours, its too bad alot of younger SPs do this it shows a bad example for up and coming SPs..even with my "one" SP she tends to flake on me time to time.. It is something I have to live with.. but I have heard good things about Diamond Rae I am considering making her my next 'one' SP I frequent if my "one" keeps up with her flaking problem..

I think he meant that communication stops over several days, not just over a few hours. Most guys are smart enough (I hope!) to figure out that if an SP isn't responding over the short period it is because she is working, or having some personal time. Again, not responding over the course of a few hours, where no booking has been scheduled is not (in my books) considered flaking out.

Speaking of flaking out , Jessie on Bp spinner one flaked out on me. I booked the night before for 3pm next day. The day of,I called to confirm at 2 pm and she says we are still good to go. At 3:15 i get a text saying she is running behind and says can we meet at 6pm. Right away my bs radar beeps. I say okay and ask her if this will be a for sure thing. She says yes. But right at that moment I thought the probability was low. So 6pm comes and go and I call and shocker!!!...no answer. Call again at 615 pm and no luck. My bs radar was right. Never did get a courtesy call to apologize for telling lies. I say if you dont wanna meet, just say so up front and dont waste us pooners time...i dont have time for that bs. Btw, this was the second time this sp has pulled this on me.

I have found that Jessie is another that is not very reliable. Yes, she is good at booking appointments and then canceling them last minute. The other thing she likes to do is book the app, and then not answer once your there outside the hotel. More going on with that girl then bad business women.
