Fantasy's new ad campaign

So I was walking down Jasper Ave this afternoon and I came across this building under construction between 111 and 112 streets. Plastered all over the boards that keeps the pedestrians safe from the construction (alongside the usual band gig notices) are photocopied ads for Fantasy, with the "XXX" prominently displayed.

Have any of you guys seen these posted elsewhere?
And do you think this is a sign that Fantasy is getting desperate for clientele?

Poor Aviana can put her ad on the big screen at Commonwealth Stadium and it ain't gonna help. Her girls are leavin the sinkin ship left and right, and she has absolutely no talent left. Already this month two gals quit, two were fired and now reports are that another gal who's been there for awile, has just left for greener pastures. I've made a couple recent stops to check things out, and have been far from impressed. I wouldn't even rate Fantasy as a "B" class studio. Wonder how long before she sees the writing on the wall and decides to sell. Maybe Jessie can buy it back at a steal?

Now that she's opened up a branch in Fort Mac, I'm speculating that she'll eventually pack up and move the whole operation out there.
