No, she is not DNR here. Only those ladies who have contacted admin and gone through the process can be given DNR status her and she isn't one of them. Just because she doesn't like reviews doesn't give her DNR status on PERB. Same goes for all providers, there are only 3 or 4 ladies on the DNR list here.
