ok so my story:

sitting around the house today i thought i'd finally meet kendra, so i call elite retreat about 130pm and find out her next available time was 400pm so i booked.

i arrive at elite retreat get met by the receptionist get put in the waiting room i tell her i have a appointment with kendra at 4 she leaves, she comes back tell m me that kendra book a 2 hour session and she did not know that and that i wouldn't be able to see her at 4,

but the other girl was free if i'd like to meet her, i say ok,
so haley walks in, she tells me that she won't be free for an hour, hour and half, then the receptionist walks in again and asks if i'd like to book with haley in an hour,

i ask well wouldn't kendra be free in a hour too, she responses yes and asks if i wouldn't want to book with her i declined because i was pissed off at this girls arrogance,

first of all she couldn't figure out that kendra had a two hour appointment when i called at 130, then she once again couldn't figure out that haley wasn't free at 4, and then she asks me whether i'd like to stay with her in an hour because well i have nothing better to do then kill an hour on the north end of the city,

i live no where near elite retreat, it took me with traffic half an hour to get there and half an hour to get home,

so thank you for a wonderful time,

i totally agree there HBM1.

i was Kendra's 3pm appointment. Kendra as well as Josie and Haley have been working almost non-stop and busting there butts to make sure everyone is happy.

hulk obviously you know that Kendra has an impeccable reputation.

may i suggest you overlook one little mistake and give it another shot.

if you choose not to that is totally your perrogative.

There have been many raving reviews on Kendra so dont think this will damage her much at all. But I like to hear both the good and bad so that I can make my decision based on all that I hear.

did you actually read what topper said and understand it? he said "PM her privately" as she may have wanted to make it up to him. not PM her "quietly". i don't think Topper meant it in the way that you are understanding it.

Make up sessions with Kendra...

are out of this world! Kendra would be the first to admit that she and I have been star-crossed on our schedules a number of times. I've always hung in with her, and I've never regretted - quite the contrary. If that makes me a white knight, so be it! Anyone who doesn't give K a second chance is missing out. 'nuff said....

We have been extremely busy and of course, having just opened, there is going to be some miscommunication and mistakes.

I explained nicely and calmly what had happened yet you still got the information wrong. I was the messenger and had tried find an alternative to what had happened yet you were extremely RUDE and stalked out in a huff.

It sounds like she might be worth the wait.

wow.. since 2006?! All you need to do is make one phone call... I first saw her around then and have been seeing her once a month or so since. What is holding you up? Honest... she won't break you... unless you want her to.

Yes, I understand the objective of a review board, but there is also something called class and common sense. Hulk doesn't have to express his rage in person at the studio and on Perb regardless of whether it's Kendra or any another SP. People err all the time in every business sector, but situations are often rectified with a simple letter or telephone call. Not every cough or act of wind requires posting on a review board, especially if no attempt was made to directly express the nature of his concerns to Kendra.

By the way, since this IS a review board, people are more interested in what happened after the fact. I don't care if Kendra missed an appointment. I'm more interested in what Kendra did to fix the problem. She wasn't even given a chance. That's how life wife works you guys. I'm hoping Hulk will express more class by considering this point the next time things don't pan out the way he expects them to.

well after reading Moi's comments, it sounds to me as if he had an axe to grind. after leaving a situation pissed off, i think it would have been better to just leave, relax, and contact Kendra herself, instead of coming on here pissed.

but what do i know. i am just another and probably Kendra's biggest "WHITE KNIGH"!!!!!!!!!!

No offence, but there have been numerous threads about a client getting hijacked. Most responses were sympathetic. In this case it was a misunderstanding I realize, but since it was Kendra, you guys want to jump down his throat? Not right.

I met Kendra once, when I went to see Hunter at Revive ages ago. Very nice and personable. I know she is a nice person. I also know that mistakes happen. Chalk it up to life and move on.

Don't come down on hulk for being upset. I had an appointment once, went in and the gal was just going into a walk-in. I simply came back later.

After all why wouldn't hulk be deeply disappointed after anticipating a great session with the much touted KENDRA and gets his dreams shattered, (hopefully only temporarily)
